Join Jeanna in this fun 2-hour workshop to prepare for the journey into parenthood together as a couple. Class includes check-in, partnering poses, and meditation. We will also cover specific yogic exercises which are useful for labor and ways of staying emotionally connected through the rigors of parenthood. This is a fun class that always includes lots of laughter.

No yoga experience is necessary. Dress comfortably- sweats or shorts and t-shirts are perfect. Limited to eight couples.
